The album, mixed by Chris Lord-Alge, is widely seen as a return to the hard-edged, more guitar-driven sound of their earlier releases, being described as a hard rock album by AllMusic and Sputnikmusic, as well as glam rock by Uncut and Reno Gazette-Journal. The band itself has described it as a mixture of their debut album 'Generation Terrorists' and 1996 release 'Everything Must Go.' |
